Pat McAfee and Peyton Manning were teammates for a few years with the Indianapolis Colts. They are teaming up again in a different setting this fall.

On Thursday’s edition of “The Pat McAfee Show,” Manning joined the former Colts punter to announce a partnership between McAfee and Manning’s Omaha Productions. With the partnership, McAfee will get to simulcast six college football games on ESPN2 during the upcoming season.

“Peyton Manning and I are getting into business together,” McAfee said. “We have officially agreed alongside Omaha Productions to simulcast six big a– college football games this season” (edited for profanity by LBS).

“Peyton, you’re the f–king man,” McAfee continued (edited for profanity by LBS). “Thank you for the opportunity.”

Warning: The below tweet contains profanity.

McAfee’s simulcast figures to resemble last season’s “ManningCast” on ESPN2, where Peyton and Eli Manning provided commentary for “Monday Night Football” games. The program will be simulcasted with the primary ESPN game broadcast.

While he will not be able to curse, McAfee said that he and his team have creative freedom regarding how to structure the simulcast. He also teased that some special guests will be joining them for select games.

The “ManningCast” was a big ratings success. ESPN may have seen a similar potential in McAfee due to his rapidly growing popularity in the broadcasting industry.
